Appointments
Patients are seen on an appointment only basis during our regular business hours. We do see patients before and after school however certain procedures necessitate scheduling during school hours. We ask for your cooperation and make ever effort to accommodate patient and parent schedules.
We appreciate your efforts to be on time for appointments and we resolve to be on time as well. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
A 24-hour or more notice of an appointment change is greatly appreciated.
If any problems develop, refer to the Emergency Info link on this website. Most orthodontic problems can easily be treated without an office visit. If problems persist, please call the office at 503-655-5125. If the orthodontic problem is after regular business hours, a staff member will be paged.
Your policy is a contract between you, your employer, and the insurance company. Insurance may pay all, some, or none of your bill. Most insurance companies pay the benefit in increments over the course of treatment. We will call your insurance company at the initial exam and get general benefit information. Not all services are covered so please familiarize yourself with your insurance coverage. We will complete all filing of your insurance forms. We make every effort to help you receive your maximum orthodontic benefits from your insurance company. We must emphasize that as a health care provider, our relationship is with you and not your insurance company. Any amount unpaid by the insurance company becomes the responsibility of the patient/parent.
