I am a native Oregonian and have worked in the dental field since 1989. I have had the pleasure of working for Dr. Noel since 2002. My position as Patient Care Coordinator has allowed me to get to know the patients and their families on a very personal level. I enjoy assisting our families' meet their financial and orthodontic needs.
I am married and have 4 children. In our free time we love to go to the Oregon Coast and Central Oregon. We enjoy traveling, watching old TV shows and spending time with family and friends.

Hello my name is Melinda Allen-Carroll. I was born and raised here in the great Northwest, Portland Oregon. I am married and been with my wonderful husband for 22 years and we have 2 boys. I love spending time with family, traveling, camping, scrap booking, working on my frame business, hosting exchange students and making a difference in ones lives.
I have been in the dental field or 19 years and an Orthodontic assistant for 17. I love working with and caring for people. My greatest reward is making the difference for you.

Hello, my name is Kimberly and I have lived in Oregon all my life. I have worked with kids and teens since I was 16 years old. I feel fortunate to be working with Dr. Noel as an orthodontic clinician, allowing me to continue working with kids, teens and their families.
In 2000 I married my high school sweetheart and we have a 10 year old son, who is my whole world! In our free time we enjoy camping, riding quads and watching the Portland Trail Blazers. GO BLAZERS!

I grew up in Oregon City and graduated from OCHS in 2006. During high school I worked for Dr. Noel for close to 3 years. After high school I lived in Eugene and worked at an Orthodontic office as a Scheduling Coordinator for 2 years. I've been back in the area since 2009 and feel so lucky to be able to work for Dr. Noel again.
In my spare time I enjoy camping, cooking, cheering on my Portland Trail Blazers and spending time with friends and family.
